Dharma Book Group  Wednesday  6:00 - 7:30pm
Every Wednesday we meet at RBC in the Fireside Room.

The book group reads and discusses a Dharma book on an ongoing basis. Everyone is welcome - beginning and long-time Buddhists alike.  Enter through the Office Door.  Here is the link to the book we are reading...

RBC Golden Light Meditation
Thursday - 6:30 - 7:30pm   
  We present traditional meditation techniques of sitting and walking meditation with clear intention. 
All levels of experience are welcome at the in person meeting.  Please enter the meditation space quietly to help create a peaceful environment. There will be times for interaction as indicated by the meditation leader.

RBC Yoga
  Saturday!  10 - 11am 
 
Live in person class only.  An open yoga class for all levels, filled with vibrant energy and wise thoughts.   Enter through the Taylor St. Door.

Beginning meditation Class
Semi-weekly - Every "Service Sunday" 9am before the service -
​Meditation class lead by a kind and experienced leader will guide 3 short sittings and have time for questions and discussion.  Those interested in meditation are welcome.
We present traditional meditation techniques of sitting meditation with clear intention.  We teach and practice meditation as a healthful centering activity. We consider sitting meditation spiritually helpful, but not a process of “perfecting the individual”. You are already ok, just as you are. Please make a donation if you can.

​RBC Women's Group 

First Sunday
of the month 10:30-11:45am

This open group is a refuge. Enabling women to talk about their lives and the challenges we face around relationships, work, children, our sense of purpose, direction and fulfillment.

​While we come together as RBC Sangha members, the group is not overtly focused on Buddhist questions and responses, instead it is intended as a mutually supportive gathering under the auspices of RBC Sangha.


RBC Men's Group

This group is a refuge. Enabling men to talk about their lives and the challenges we face around relationships, work, family, our sense of purpose, direction and fulfillment. While we come together as RBC Sangha members, the group is not overtly focused on Buddhist questions and responses, instead it is intended as a mutually supportive gathering under the auspices of RBC Sangha.

Nembutsu Chanters - Various meeting times -
 This is our Chorus/chanting group that does public performances. If you enjoy making music with your voice this is the place for you.  Artown is in July!

Introduction to the Buddha Dharma
Summer 2022 Class Schedule

3 Saturdays in Feb 4th-11th-18th from 10:00am - 12:00 noon.
The class will be offered on three Saturday Mornings -
What is Buddhism?   This introductory class is  intended to present the foundations of the Dharma for new Buddhists at RBC. We will follow the path of Prince Siddhartha through his enlightenment experience and many years of teaching. The special focus will be on lay life and how Buddhism fits with everyday activities and experience.

Introduction to Shin Buddhism
Summer 2022 Class Schedule

The class will be offered on three Saturday Mornings -
This introductory class is intended to present the core teachings of our Shin Buddhist denomination with special reference to daily practice and RBC activities. An important part of building your understanding and finding a supportive roll at RBC.
